I. Customer Product Details:
1. The bottle height is about 130-150mm, the weight is about 350-300g, and the two products of the production line are interchangeable and cannot be poured.

1. Because the products are next to each other, which affects the checkweighing, the screw type material sorting device is adopted through the feeding port to separate the products in an orderly manner. It plays the function of automatic bottle unloading and loading.
2. In order to prevent the product from being difficult to clean the belt due to filling leakage, the transmission belt adopts chain transmission to facilitate cleaning.
3. Adjustable guides are added on both sides of the material section to prevent the product from pouring bottles.
